You can delete your account and its data at any time: here, from the app, or by email.

From the app
- Open Vigilo and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email us from the address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm by return and act within 30 days.
What happens next
Your records are encrypted and made unreadable at once, your sign-in is disabled and your scan contributions are erased. For 30 days we can restore the account if you ask. After that the key is destroyed and nobody can read your personal data, including us. A vehicle's maintenance history may stay attached to the vehicle, with nothing that identifies you. Deleting the account does not refund a Pro purchase; refunds go through the store.
