Questions
Is Vigilo free?
Yes, for one vehicle, with its essential maintenance items, its papers and their reminders. Pro 1 car adds the full schedule, sharing and OBD-II on that car; Pro Garage adds them on every car you own.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your data is stored on your phone first. You only need a connection to create an account, sign in, or share a car.
What happens to my carte grise photo?
It is read on your phone and stays there. If "Improve scanning" is on, only the text that was read is sent, encrypted, to help us read cards better. You can turn it off in Settings.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. You pay once, in the App Store or Google Play, and it is yours. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see the account deletion page.
